Arctic Silk – Swedish caviar of world-class Discover Arctic Silk, our latest caviar from Swedish Siberian sturgeons (Acipenser Baerii). Unlike traditional caviar production, the fish is live-harvested – a method that yields larger, healthier roe grains while ensuring the strictest sustainability and care for both animals and the environment. Arctic Silk is stabilized using a unique, gentle method completely without heat treatment. The result is caviar with a velvety texture that melts on the tongue, filled with mineral sea tones, a hint of oysters, and a wonderfully buttery, nutty creamy umami that lingers.
