Culimat Casserole 3.0 L Mathias Dahlgren
Item no. CA497174274
Elegant pot with a glass lid, developed in collaboration with star chef Mathias Dahlgren. The pot's superior glass lid features a matte brushed steel rim and a tight-fitting silicone edge with side ventilation holes, which is optimal for both ceiling-mounted kitchen hoods and downdraft extractors. The handles are carefully designed according to Mathias's wishes for perfect ergonomics and are also hygienic without rivets where dirt can accumulate. Made with a 6.2 mm sandwich base, the pot works on all stovetops. 20 cm | 3 liters with glass lid. "I don't think you should be so afraid of failing in the kitchen. Because failing is part of succeeding – part of the process of how to get better and learn along the way. But the sad part is if you fail over and over again because you're using bad equipment. Because if there's one thing that's important, it's that you should cook with passion. That's the key to making it really damn good." //Mathias
