Finishing the manufacturing process of this cast iron with a nitriding treatment is a hardening process that makes the cast iron extremely hard and durable. The pan works just like a classic cast iron pan and perhaps best of all – it is very easy to clean, with a dish brush and even dish soap if you wish. It cooks like a classic cast iron pan and is cleaned very easily.

After an initial cleaning, the pan is ready to use as it is pre-seasoned at the factory.
