The sauté pan draws heat away from the bottom and is suitable for delicate foods, such as sauces, porridge, risotto, and more. Elegant design developed in close collaboration with star chef Mathias Dahlgren. The sauté pan has an even heat distribution that prevents food from sticking. The handle is comfortable and has a good angle. Spot-welded for hygienic reasons - there are no rivets on the inside where dirt and bacteria can accumulate.

Care instructions & tips Use a maximum of 2/3 of the stove's heat (high heat only for boiling water). The product works on all stoves and in the oven. Always wash with dish soap. When using a dishwasher - be aware that some detergents may affect the aluminum core, check with the manufacturer if uncertain.
