Elegant design developed in close collaboration with star chef Mathias Dahlgren. The sauté pan has an even heat distribution that prevents food from sticking. The handle is comfortable and has a good angle. Spot-welded for hygienic reasons - there are no rivets on the inside where dirt and bacteria can accumulate. Care instructions & tips Use a maximum of 2/3 of the stove's heat (high heat only for boiling water). The product works on all stoves and in the oven. Always wash with dish soap. When using a dishwasher - be aware that some detergents may affect the aluminum core, check with the manufacturer if uncertain.
