Cleaning Wipe light dirt with a damp cloth. For a more thorough clean, use warm water and detergent, or place the cutting board in the dishwasher. Then let it dry completely in an upright position.

Maintenance Visible cut marks can be reduced by oiling the cutting board. We recommend CONTINENTA Wood Balm for best results.

Intensive Care If the surface feels rough or dull, sand gently with fine-grit sandpaper. Remove sanding dust thoroughly and then apply oil evenly over the clean and completely dry surface. Let the cutting board dry overnight in an upright position. If excess oil remains, wipe it off with a paper towel.
