The grinder comes with an interchangeable top screw featuring both S and P, allowing you to choose whether it should be used for salt or pepper. The product is made from FSC®-certified oak (FSC-C166612).

Give the wood a great start Wood is a living material that naturally changes over time. Some appreciate the warm patina that gradually develops, while others wish to preserve the original look—which can be achieved with proper care and maintenance. Before use, it is recommended to saturate the wood with a neutral food oil, such as grapeseed oil. The wood must be completely dry before you begin. Rub in the oil with a clean cloth, let it penetrate for at least 6 hours, and then wipe off any excess oil. Wait 24 hours before using the product.
