The Ideal knife series from Lion Sabatier is forged from a single piece of steel and has optimal weight and balance that sits comfortably in the hand. • A single metal piece from the blade tip to the end of the tang. • Hard stainless steel (X50Cr Mov15 chrome steel) with high carbon content. • Handle in olive wood or POM-C. • Handle attached with 3 through-going brass rivets. • Easy to maintain – stays sharp for a long time. • Easy to clean, but dishwasher use is not recommended.
