Peeling Knife 3.5'' Steel

Item no. C-3919614

Just because you are the smallest, or smaller, does not mean you are worse than anyone else. David defeating the giant Goliath is a classic metaphor for that. The same applies in the kitchen. The smallest knife in the kitchen is almost always the paring knife. That only further proves the thesis that size does not matter. The paring knife is one of the most useful tools in the kitchen, largely thanks to its agility and size. Paring knives usually have a straight, pointed blade. Different sizes make them suited for different tasks, but the paring knife's greatest strength is its versatility. A true universal knife that can peel, slice, cut, and garnish with ease. The most important quality of a paring knife is that it is sharp and comfortable to use. A good paring knife is a must in every kitchen. Size: Blade 9 cm
