Pearl Classic is a high-quality weighted blanket consisting of seven layers to achieve the highest function and comfort. With a cool and enveloping embrace, Classic is a nice alternative for warm summer nights. The weight comes from natural glass beads that create an even and compliant pressure on the body, which helps you relax. The weight, the pressure and the enveloping effect generate a lot of positive emotions that contribute to increased relaxation and better sleep quality for most people. In a customer survey with 450 participants, 90% stated that they experienced better sleep when using CURA weighted blankets, and as many as 92% experienced increased relaxation. In addition, 86% of users thought that the CURA quilt was more comfortable than their previous quilts, and as many as 96% recommend CURA to their friends. CURA of Sweden recommends that you choose a blanket that corresponds to 10-15% of your own body weight. If you e.g. weigh 70 kg, choose a blanket that weighs 7-9 kg. However, this is only a recommendation, and which weight you are most comfortable with is completely individual. If you suffer from major sleep problems and / or anxiety, it may be a good idea to choose a heavier duvet. The quilt can be machine washed at 60 degrees. But it works just as well to freeze the blankets, either in the freezer or by hanging them out when it is below zero outside. In this way, all mites are eliminated. Important to remember: CURA weighted blanket must be used for the intended purpose and according to advice when purchasing the weighted blanket. CURA weighted blanket should not be heavier than the user can handle by themselves. If you suffer from severe cardiac or pulmonary impairment, impaired muscle function or increased susceptibility to pressure ulcers, you should consult your doctor before using a weighted blanket.
